I really like your icons a lot. They're well cropped, simple but not plain or boring and the saturated, vibrant colouring really fits for most of the images but your black-and-white icons like this one (http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/n578/turntech/icons2/50shadesof31.png) are pretty as well.
As for suggestions as to how to improve your icons, I think some of them are a tad too bright in addition to being over-saturated which makes the colours washed-out and over-contrasted. As opposed to the other anon who gave you concrit though, I don't think a lot of your icons are oversatuated? Just a couple of them in some of your posts. c:
