i'm very charmed by your icons, and i think the fact you make them for rp is an asset because you're not... trying too hard? the editing/colouring is very minimalistic and doesn't come across as self-indulgent.

one thing i think you could work on is sharpening; sometimes i feel like your icons are a bit too sharpened! that's not always the case, but i'd be on the lookout for that when editing.
